Please take your car anywhere else, but this ghetto low in body shop compared to Darrell Allen and others in the area who are phenomenal. There are several issues that took place here. Number one they initially painted my car it looked like they painted it, dirty it look like complete trash. I purchased a car for my son, but it needed a paint job and I didn't want to spend too much, given it's his first car. Maaco prices are great, but looking at the reviews around the Raleigh area were HORRIBLE, but not for Maaco Graham, strong reviews so I decided to give them a chance even if it was an hour drive away. The manager at Macco's Graham, N.C. location took time to address all of my concerns with repairing and repainting my vehicle, he also explained the repair and repaint process in detail as well as the quote. I also met with the technician who will be performing the repair and was very impressed with his level of expertise. We took my grandmother's car to Maaco a few months ago to be repainted. We were greeted with a warm smile by an associate named Samantha. Samantha was extremely sweet and knowledgeable! I went to Maaco in Graham after my car had an unfortunate meeting with a large tree branch, taking out my side view mirror and denting and scratching the entire left side from the hood to the bumper.
