If there was a zero star option that’s what I would have chosen. Very unprofessional, they all lack effective communication skills, they are rude and liars. One of the workers told me to bring my car and they didn’t have the parts yet wasting my time and I called before coming, the manager then called me a liar saying I never spoke with anyone. Not happy. The paint job was fair, quite a bit of orange peel. They also did a poor job of not getting white paint on the windows and trim, not taped off properly. They were supposed to remove mud protectors on the by the rears tires that were peeling off and they did not do it. They just painted over the peeling flap. Oh and they also raked on other charges and didn’t notify us either before or during the process. BEWARE
I picked up my SUV TODAY and was very pleased. Total paint job. Thank you for your time and being professional.
