Had Maaco repaint my VW Beetle. Customer service is friendly and it was done in a week. My issue was the lack of detail on the prep work. More over spray than expected and the tape job was not great. I spent a few hours and elbow grease working to remove paint from plastic and rubber. I paid for some bodywork with the job and they fixed what I asked but missed a small dent on the door I paid to fix. I was recommended by a friend to take my car in to fix damage to my front passenger door. I thought Maaco was only for paint jobs but I gave it a chance anyway. First, the employees at this location (Winchester, VA) were awesome. They were all super friendly and very helpful. Great communication from start to finish. Words , honestly, cannot express how wonderful Maaco of WINCHESTER (do NOT use Maaco of Martinsburg) is. Owners and office staff are family to each other - a family run franchise of Maaco. Evan - part owner - is so personable and ever so knowledgeable about his business. The same for his father, Kevin, who is the other owner. I very rarely write review but this time I had to. Took in my front bumper in for paint on a Saturday no appointment or anything, was told it’ll be done in the following week I was thinking like by the end of the week but no they had it done on Monday morning very surprised on the time and the quality is perfect. Very affordable and making my car look good again.

I'm very satisfied with the service I received! My vehicle was damaged in a deer collision, which mainly broke the front bumper and grille. A big thanks to Evan, who helped me with the estimate, gave me a very reasonable quote, explained everything clearly, and took my concerns into consideration. The repair was completed within the expected timeframe, quick, professional, and of excellent quality. Highly recommended for local residents who need bodywork or painting services!
