I dropped my car off at Maaco in Chandler on Friday, August 8. I picked it up on August 18. During that time there was no communication from the shop at all. When I was promised a call and didn’t get one I called the shop myself so the communication was pretty much one way. Because of the poor communication, I ended up extending my rental car, returning it, going to the shop to pick up my my car, and then renting another rental car.
