I've had Marie and Richard do quite a few projects for me and my customers. From bumper covers to overall paint jobs. This is NOT your average Maaco made famous by cheap paint jobs. Sure they do those and even they look good for the price. If you want a great quality job they can do it!
I own a lawn and landscape company and I constantly take trucks up to Maaco to get painted. They always do a fantastic job and I will continue to bring all my trucks up there that I need painted. I drive over 45 minutes to get there and it is worth the drive! Well done thank you!!
I would rate them at zero stars if it was an option. Sent a car up there to get painted, waited almost a month before it was done. When i went to go pick it up, they had lost the key to the car and claimed I never gave it to them. On top of that, the car wasn't even painted right, they were multiple spots that weren't painted right (paint cracked drip lines) and there were multiple body panels that werent even painted. Shotty work after purchasing an after market bumper and verified it was in good condition went to st Charles location and seen bumper was not even prepped which was stated would be done for painting and they painted over the protective coating to prevent damage from shipping which should of came right off if it was properly prepped for painting talked to a lady that claimed bumper looked like a junk yard bumper that was refurbished and it wasn't and came from an extremely well known and reliable vendor called extreme dimensi... read more
I am very disappointed in the customer satisfaction that this shop provided. When I went to pick up my car for repair of damage from an accident, the dents were still visible, so I refused to take the car. Patti who helped me was was very nice, and also noticed the dent, as well as a friend who came with me. The manager, Marie, was not in, but when I called her the next day she was not very apologetic and made excuses, stating I was trying to save $. I never indicated to her that I wanted a cheap job.
