Crystal at the North Vegas location (as of this review) is THE BEST!! She is the primary reason I'll be returning to Maaco for a 3rd time! TL,DR; Worked with Crystal twice on previous paint jobs, tried to go to the Spring Mountain location bc it was closer to me, had a shitty experience bc the guy who helped me sucked and ended up searching for Crystal again, found her, and am getting my 3rd job done with Maaco! Just the best experience. The work is excellent, fast turnaround and great price on repairs. The office staff, especially Brandy, made the whole experience a pleasure.
I was extremely happy with my experience at Maaco, Crystal was so helpful and kind walking us through the process and what packages what suit my car best to fix the sun damage and gash on the side, and ultimately decided to change the color too. They gave me an estimated time 5-7 business days but got my baby back to me in 3 days!! Would definitely recommend Maaco to anyone looking to get body work done on their car and especially to go with Crystal :)
