I was just sick this morning when I noticed an unwanted scrape above my tire well on my 2012 Honda Civic. The only place I knew to go was Maaco not too far from my condo on Highway 291. I did not know if they were still in business or the caliber of work that Maaco put out. I drove into the business and was approached by the manager, Travis. Great experience with my vehicle, they matched the color perfectly on my 20+ year old Jeep and helped identify the problem areas (dings, dents, etc) to ensure they were resolved before the new paint. All in all, Travis the manager was honest, informative, and reliable, in keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle.
My car looks beautiful now. Tom was easy to work with and attentive to details. Overall I am satisfied.
We cannot vouch for the old ownership. We took over in June and would never give a quote over the phone. Especially for a customer who is a distance from the shop. We know your time is important . Surface preparation and body repair are 99% of what a paint job will look like. We do offer introductory specials that have a low starting cost. But not every vehicle is the same . That's why we offer free estimates but need to see the vehicle .
Terrible experience! Was quoted $350 quick and easy paint job over the phone (even verified that it was a final and total quote) had my 17 year old son come in to get the paint job done and they upped the bid to $900!!!! Wasted a 2 hour (with 2 cars, had to have a chase car to bring my son back) drive to just get shammed! These guys are con artist gaming whoever will let them. Don't be the next victim!!!
