Ok so my husband and I thought it would be a good idea to bring our suv back over to this particular location because they had once before had done some work on it. Boy were we wrong. The manager or owner was very unprofessional when we started inquiring about our vehicle being repaired. He would talk im a very rude manner and was really sarcastic. Was knowledgeable and professional. The repairs on my car turned out great.
I brought in a 96 Camry that had some wear and was just in a wreck. The insurance co. totaled it and was difficult to work with. Michelle (and her boss Jay) did a terrific job presenting the repair options available, offering good advice on substitutions. They delivered as promised ( actually over and above). I drove out with a car that looked completely new , with no out of pocket cost. Great Job.
