The Rockwall maaco at 4500 Interstate 30 does a bait and switch! Total scammer behavior! I did an online estimate for a premium paint job on my 09 charger. It was $1595. I understand that the online estimate is a ballpark estimate. After emailing Shannon, I told her I would be there today for the real estimate. I pull up, ask for Shannon, and some guy comes out walks up to the car, asks about dings, I told him all I wanted was the paint job. The team at Maaco went above and beyond in every service. From start to finish they really set themselves apart. I had dropped off my vehicle and lost my ride to Enterprise. Logan stepped up and drove me himself! His serve-first mentality got me to a dealbreaker meeting in Dallas on time! Brad and Ryan made sure my bumper replacement finished without a hitch. I got my car back and it looks better than it did pre-accident. I will be back! Logan - we might have a coffee shop in uptown because you stepped up. Thank you guys.
