I booked an appointment to get a quote for rust repair on my truck and left extremely disappointed with the experience. I drove across the city to make my scheduled appointment, only to be greeted with what felt like annoyance for showing up. The staff seemed more interested in their office conversation than helping a customer. An estimator came out, took a few photos on her phone, and then called the manager over. Highly recommend this shop. Great staff and service. I drove up as a walk in; I had accidentally popped out my driver side mirror after hitting the side of my garage and I was heading there expecting to leave my car and have to spend a couple hundred on the fix… the staff were instantly helping me out and SO KIND! Tried Mako for a canopy I needed it painted highest quote out of everybody. I figured they would do the best job and it’s absolutely horrible. Gonna end up suing them. Stay away from this location unless you wanna get ripped off.
This shop is great. Great customer service and repairs. They can find the part you need, order it in and get the repairs done quickly. I highly recommend this shop! They washed my car after I had a new passenger mirror replaced. Excellent.
