Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Maaco in Wolcott, CT. An employee, L.B., behaved in the most unprofessional and disrespectful way I’ve ever seen from a business representative — all while on the job and representing Maaco. This was not just rude — it was appalling behavior for anyone in customer service. Shockingly, the only consequence given to this employee was a one-week suspension, which in no way matches the seriousness of what happened. Absolutelly hapy with the paint job performed on our honda accord. Very friendly and proffesional customer service. 100% recomend Maaco in Wolcott.
I had a fender painted during Covid by Dent Danny who offered body work at your home. Poor job. Macco had to strip, prime and repaint. Excellent and affordable price. My truck is next!
