Had an appointment at 9am. The office is closed. One of the workers come up to me with a cellphone and wanted me to speak with someone on the other line. She told me she was running late, I asked how late are you going to be. An hour late and blame it on the rain. The guys at the shop got here just fine and on time. I asked for her name and she hanged up, very professional. I was sitting in my truck for ten minutes and the same worker came to my truck and said they wanted to talk to me again. I’m really thankful with this body shop. They handled all the back-and-forth with my insurance, which saved me so much time and stress. The repair work was excellent—my car looks better than before the accident. Everyone was friendly. I definitely recommend them.
