Maaco has a good reputation for auto painting by providing good workmanship at a reasonable price. However, my recent experience was very frustrating due to terrible customer service and some painting quality issues. The overall quality of my auto paint job was very good. While the duration of the job was longer than I anticipated, the cost of the job was quite reasonable and i appreciate Maaco’s attention to details.
The employees at MAACO were friendly and knowledgeable, working with me and my insurance. Dispensing valuable information on the new paint. My car was returned to me dirty with dust from the sanding, inside and out. Had to take it home; vacuum & wash it top to bottom before I could drive it comfortably. Never experienced that situation before at a body shop.
