I've got to say, I was apprehensive yet willing to give them a shot at painting my truck. I figured after so many years in the business, they should know what they're doing. I paid $7600.00 for the work to be done, so it wasn't supposed to be a cheap fast job. I was told 2-3 weeks, it was closer to 5. That didn't bother me, I wanted it done right. My front bumper had been pulled off at least twice so it no longer could be "clipped" back in place. Maaco replaced new bumper along w wheel well liner to hold all in place. When done, they even washed my car, it looks like a new car. What a great job and great staff.
Customer service was fantastic. Brandon was my key contact on this paint job and he made sure it was done right - even found a fender for the car after I couldn't. I was wary about using Maaco on a full paint job - you think of them as a company that just fixes fender benders. But these guys did a great job - and gave me a 3 year warranty.
Very efficient and cost competitive experience. The attention to detail and customized approach was very much apprecieated
