Nice place to live, but if you ever decide to move out, DO NOT take their cleaning service, it's a scam. They will claim the carpet cannot be cleaned and then charge you for a carpet replacement without even trying to clean it. They also neglect to inform you that this is not a deep cleaning service so you'll get charged extra if your apartment needs more than a minor dust off. I'm attaching some pictures of the "uncleanable carpet" ---------------- Not that I had high hopes or anything after getting ripped off by these guys... read more
Living at MAA Windermere has been an excellent experience. The area is peaceful and a wonderful place to live. I especially want to highlight the leasing agent, Amon, who is always attentive and supportive with residents. Highly recommended place to live!
Dustin is great
I agreed to pay a charge for carpet wear, but when I asked about my security deposit, it was not included in the first calculation. Later, they sent a different amount, adjusting the figures in their favor. I don’t refuse to pay what’s fair, but the lack of transparency shows this is not a serious or trustworthy management.
