Moved out of this complex roughly a year ago. At first the office staff was kind, but Amon is the most unprofessional and most rude leasing agent I’ve met. When my neighbors dog parked ALL day and at the time I was a remote worker Amon refused to do anything about it. As well as when I moved out I went to turn in my keys a day early ( which was approved by the property manager) Amon told me “ oh well not my problem” this place is always dirty and always had an issue with the AC unit going out. Clean, affordable, with good water pressure and air conditioning ! We love living in MAA Windermere ! The floor plans are superior to many other apartments in the area and the maintenance team is on top of everything. The staff is helpful and friendly. The grounds are kept clean and nice. The water pressure is good and the air conditioning system is state of the art. We may never move!
If you want to live in a place where you will be dealing with some kind of bug infestation, cheap appliances, a musty air conditioner, high indoor humidity, thin floors and walls, weed smoke, loud cars, and apathetic staff who are generally unhelpful and prefers sending out passive aggressive email, high rent, then this place is for you.
