do not move in here if you value your health. mold began in the bathroom and the scraped it off and painted it 3 times until it turns out it spread to the vents. absolutely disgusting. it took the service manager to fix the leak the other giy didn’t even look. I recently chose to end my lease early due to the presence of black mold in both the bathroom and the HVAC vents. What ultimately pushed me to leave was not only the mold itself, but the way management handled the situation from start to finish. To be clear, the on-site maintenance staff is exceptionally sufficient. They consistently did everything within their power to address the issues, and they deserve far more support than they are given. Very good people, helpful and prompt
Friend stayed over one night. Not 24 hours had passed, and his car was towed. No grace period and no notice when there is plenty of parking available is ridiculous. Edit: Overall, I did enjoy my stay at MAA Watermark even though it had its issues
