Ishak Fam has fixed plumbing and electrical problems that we had in our apartment. He has fixed water leakage issue in the kitchen by using silicone, bath tub water logging due to hair and toilet water leakage due to flush. Thanks Ishak.
do not move in here if you value your health. mold began in the bathroom and the scraped it off and painted it 3 times until it turns out it spread to the vents. absolutely disgusting. it took the service manager to fix the leak the other giy didn’t even look. I recently chose to end my lease early due to the presence of black mold in both the bathroom and the HVAC vents. What ultimately pushed me to leave was not only the mold itself, but the way management handled the situation from start to finish. To be clear, the on-site maintenance staff is exceptionally sufficient. They consistently did everything within their power to address the issues, and they deserve far more support than they are given.
