Bad management Payment system will not work accurately
I am loving here. This is a great place have ever lived and all the staff are awesome. I will recommend anyone who is looking for great place to live to choose Valley Ranch over any apartment in entire Irving, TX.
RENTERS BEWARE. While my family was on vacation, our apartment was entered by pest control contractors on two different days all captured on our security camera. We never authorized this and were never notified. When we reported this shocking violation of our privacy and safety, management's response was rude and dismissive. They tried to falsely blame us for missing an "opt-in" email for a service we never even signed up for. Came to tour yesterday and BOTH units we we toured had tons of roaches, smelt weird, and one even had rat poop all over the unit. If they’re letting people tour units that have roaches and rat poop visible I can only imagine how bad it would be if we chose to live here. Super disappointing and will not be renting.
