The service was good excellent
I recently moved into Maa Property and wanted to share my experience. During the application process, I had some issues with my lease which made things quite difficult at first, but eventually everything was sorted out smoothly. Applied here in May just to see where I stood. Got denied but that’s ok because I got approved for the place I really wanted to move in to. Get a random text from a debt collector for this complex. Never lived here so I thought it was a scam. I called them about it and the lady said she would have to speak to her assistant and call me back. Never called back so I access the link the debt collector sent and these idiots referred me to collections for a $60 application fee which I paid. So glad I read the reviews from ACTUAL residents & decided not to go forward with moving to this complex. There’s absolutely NO WAY I would ever move into a rat/roach infested building GROSS
