Philip was great! He fixed the problem to its root! I have been having problems with the dryer, the previous maintenance guy did the best he could, but was not enough. Philip came, he observed and fixed the problem and then found the real cause of the issue. After that he also fixed it by replacing both the filter and the foil pipe!
I’m giving 1 star only because I can’t do 0 because this place is literally terrible the power goes out randomly, the air conditioning literally stops working for whatever reason and it’s taking them 3 weeks and counting still to fix it, the infestation here is literally no surprise at all, the people at the desk will send out a report to fix the any maintenance/mechanic problem but will literally take them so long to do so, if you want rent an apartment here please think twice and go somewhere your time, money, and problems... read more
Nice property in great location, and even better staff! Kassidy made me feel so welcomed as soon as I came into the leasing office! Her amazing customer service really stood out to me! 10/10 I would recommend this property to everyone!
