BEAWARE! I am writing this review to express my utter disappointment and frustration with the treatment my family and I received at MAA by Denise and Kaylynn . As a struggling minority family, we were met with nothing but disrespect and mockery from the staff. Denise is the worst manager (she is not the manager she pretend to be a manager) working at this place. She needs a better classes to learn on how to pretend to be a manager. I don’t really recommend this place to live safely. I had worst experience leaving out of this community. They charged me for $100s of bucks for ridiculous reasons. Please be careful Remember the name Denise is so rude and she is not customer friendly and she is trouble maker
My experience with your team member Rene was fantastic. He really did excellent job promptly to solve my apartment broken items quickly. Appreciated to him
BEAWARE! Management is here for your money not for you. Instead of being there of their tenant and doing their paid job. You are yelled at belittled laughed at and then given a lease violation. Management will go out the way to make your life harder in struggling times and then threaten you with eviction
