I want to appreciate the maintenance team at MAA, they were part of the excellent team that made sure my apartment was full prepared for my move in! Since I moved in, whenever something has to be fixed they attend to the work order promptly! They also keep me informed when a work order is opened and completed. I am so grateful for this dedicated and skilled maintenance team!
From the very first visit, Nicole made my apartment search such a positive experience. She was the first person I met when I came to tour the community, and she immediately set the tone with her friendly, welcoming attitude. She took the time to show me around the complex, explain all the different floor plan options, and highlight the amenities in a way that really helped me picture living here. Nicole and Collin at the leasing office are good and always willing to help. Maintenance crew is very good, they get everything fixed quickly.
