Nice apartments, however, ANTS! I have been here less than a month and I have not been able to get rid of the ants. In my shower, coming out of the faucet in the bathroom and in the pantry, in kitchen drawers. EVERYDAY I have to clean up ants. The countertops are dark so you can’t even see them until you wipe with a white cloth, then you see lots of them. They have treated my apartment 3 times and said it takes a few weeks. Apartments are alright, not enough bathroom storage and the ceilings and floors are unethically thin...I shouldn't be able hear the person above my unit pissing in his toilet, that's just unethical for the price point. Fire alarms go off way too much UPDATE: They still suck
My husband and I lived here for around a year. We toured on a Wednesday and had the lease signed by Thursday. The leasing process was very informative and efficient. I have nothing but praises to sing about this complex. It almost feels like your staying at a luxury apartment. The parking is amazing you and any guest you’re hosting have covered parking. The amenities are amazing our favorite was the pool and 24/hr gym. The maintenance team is phenomenal. A hour after putting in a request they show up with a smile to help you... read more
