We've had a generally positive experience living in this apartment. Overall it’s a comfortable and pleasant place to live. But the one ongoing issue we've experienced is the recurring false fire alarms often during overnight hours. The latest one was yesterday early morning around 5am and lasted 40 minutes. These alarms are not only disruptive to residents’ sleep but have also started to create confusion and desensitization as many tenants are unsure whether each alarm is real or false. My family and I have lived in this community for about years now, and we’re not ready to move anytime soon, mainly because of the quick response from the management and maintenance team. They do an excellent job ensuring the comfort and safety of all residents. The apartment complex is clean, smoke-free, kid-friendly, and located in a serene environment with beautiful surroundings and a lovely trail nearby.
