Ronda is absolutely wonderful. I am moving in from out of state and she helped make this process as smooth as possible. Plus I am very grateful that there are no breed restrictions. I definitely want to give recognition to the maintenance man, Rene Morales! Every time I’ve had a work order submitted, he’s been the one to come and address it. His customer service is excellent and he always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and how he’s addressing the work order. Knowing we have a maintenance team with someone like Rene makes living here even better!
The short review of this property is: good location, crap management.If you're planning to stay a year or so and not spend much time in the actual community, this will do fine. But don't plan on really entertaining or expect things in the community to be fixed / addressed quickly or for the fixes to be done well. (See Edit Below) This has always been an amazing experience, we first moved in this complex in 2018, and had a great experience then, we have been treated like family since. Management here has always been great making sure they have great people to treat thier residents right. Special thanks to Davian for making sure we have the info we need and can make the right steps moving forward, and for sharing a laugh and some stories when he can.
