I was currently looking for an apartment for my son to attend Anderson University. Christina was more than helpful and patient with me as she answered all of my questions.
Stanley and Jerry do such a great job. They're always here in less than an hour on Maintenance request. Very kind and pleasant. We do have a Great Maintenance Team. Even when they work as individuals.
I'VE LIVED IN MANY APARTMENT COMPLEXES INCLUDING 2 HERE IN ANDERSON. OFTEN IN THE PAST, THE OFFICE HAS BEEN UNDERSTAFFED. DURING THESE TIMES, ALWAYS HELPFUL AND ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL; TANAH CONTINUES TO BE THE HEARTBEAT OF THIS COMPLEX.
