The maintenance guys around here are phenomenal and very kind. They do their job and don’t ask for nothing in return. Very grateful for them.
Horrible this place is a nightmare. Constant land matinence noises from sun up to sun down yet the property stays a mess. Blown debris ALL over ground level patios and tenant vehicles. Office is a joke. Pool closed 90 percent of the time. Mold issues never addressed. The list goes ON AND ON AND ON AVOIDDDDDD THIS PLACE AT ALL COS S
We recently moved here a few months back. Since moving in as with all apartments there were a few issues. Mr Stanley, the maintenance man, has taken care of each issue while keeping a smile on his face and having some kind words for our poaching. He is a great person and this has become a great place to be able to call home.
I just want to say Jerry and Stanley the maintenance person house did a wonderful job fixing my disposal thank you
