I can’t thank Christina, Tanah Waterman, and Jennifer enough for helping me with such a smooth transition into my new home! They made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Anytime I had a question or sent an email, they were quick to respond and always made sure I felt supported. They truly went above and beyond for me, and I could feel they genuinely cared. There are multiple reasons why you should not move here but I’ll start with the most important. -Apartments are full of leaks, and black mold. The only way they fix them is to spray paint over with killz or just spray paint over the leaks. Never once opened up vents to clean them out or find the root of the problem. When we moved in we noticed spray paint every where we thought it was to repaint, not to cover mold and damage. I have a child with severe asthma and a new born who both are being exposed to black mold and water ... read more

We lived there for 3 years and our experience with the complex and management was great. Tanna is one of the most professional managers we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She addressed every concern and resolved issues to our satisfaction. Her priority is always the safety of the residents and making sure the experience living there is pleasant. Tanglewood has to be the quietest, most peaceful complex I've been on! The people are nice, the residents seem relaxed, and it's not far from North Main or Downtown!
