Overall Verdict: Not Recommended Key Reasons to Avoid: Smoking Everywhere. This apartment community allows smoking throughout the property. I have smelled cigarettes, cannabis, vapes, and cigars. The fumes seep into walls, vents, and even electrical outlets, making it unsuitable for families, individuals with respiratory concerns, or pets sensitive to air quality. Apartments are nice but never any parking available. Alot of people that don’t live here take up the parking and people don’t use the parking by their own unit when parking is available by theirs!! Constant smell of marijuana 24/7 as well which is at times to much. Great place to live if you don’t have a car and if you smoke marijuana though.
Saul perfect work
I’ve been here for almost a year and I love it. The community is well kept and clean. It is BEAUTIFUL! The community and all surrounding areas. Adriatica Village just a short walk away. The neighbors are lovely. Love this place.
Saul is our stellar maintenance guy. Every time he comes out he not only gets the job done but has an upbeat spirit about it. I have to brag on Saul today: my 3 year old put a small plastic container in the toilet and the toilet was super clogged. Immovable, even. I just knew that we were going to have to replace the toilet. Saul worked hard to get that stupid thing out AND HE GOT IT OUT! Our maintenance team here at MAA Stonebridge Ranch is top-notch. I am grateful for them.
