I've had a great experience living here! The staff as a whole is amazing—they're always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever needed. A special shoutout to David in maintenance! He's awesome, responds quickly, and always does quality work with a great attitude. I also love the recent updates to the gym. The new equipment and improvements have made it an even better place to work out. property manager (Kaley Brown) is a perfect fit. She is extremely sweet and her and her team respond extremely fast in the rare instances that something else comes up she never has an attitude. They are always smiling and waving at the residents and the place just feels so much brighter with them here. Disappointed at whoever cannot agree with replacing our washing machine. We have only been in this apartment complex starting March, the washing machine continues to make loud noises and now gives off a slight burning smell whenever we do laundry. At this point, it is clearly broken. Maintenance keeps telling us they cannot replace it because it still washes clothes, but the issue goes beyond that. We cannot leave the apartment while doing laundry because we constantly have to stop and restart the machine to prevent it from ... read more

Former resident. Two star rating because the units at least have a cozy vibe and the property has so much potential to be excellent. The 4.2 star rating is a false rating because it is based mainly on one maintenance guy. Scroll through the reviews to see for yourself. There’s more to the apartment living experience than one guy. The lower rated comments are more accurate. Smoking allowed inclusive of cigarettes and cannabis (among other things) - check. Poor construction quality - check. Broken speed bumps - check.
