Saul did an amazing job fixing both issues with the toilet and air conditioner. He demonstrate both professionalism and efficiency. Such a blessing to have him around.
I’ve been debating posting this because the apartments are generally nice but my apartment is the reason I’m moving after 1 year. The staff in the leasing office is very helpful, maintenance is quick and informative, but the spiders in my apartment are literally it for me. I don’t know if pest control is just bad or what, but I’ve had a spider issue the entire time I’ve lived here (something I have NEVER dealt with before). They always get the work orders done in a timely fashion. Maintenance guy David is exceptional and is very knowledgeable and professional. The office staff has always been very friendly and professional. The neighbors not so much but I guess that’s just how it is now.. the price is reasonable compared to other places.
