There is a fitness center. However, when I used it after get off work, the adjacent restroom was locked and inaccessible.
David, the maintenance man, has been taking care of my apartment repairs in a promptly manner and very efficient. He also has a great attitude. Extremely happy with his work!
I have been procrastinating on this review way too long. In November, my little family and I will have been living here for a year! And honestly, out of all the apartments we've lived in, MAA Stonebridge Ranch is our most favorite!! Here's why...the property is so beautiful and always well maintained! Also the interior of the apartments is super nice! All the people I've met while living here are all so kind and friendly. Such a great experience with them from the ladies in the office, to our neighbors, and of course the maintenance team. Especially our buddy David.
I placed a couple of maintenance orders and Andres came out right away and got everything working Great!! Andres is super nice and professional I am very pleased
