I have been at MAA Starwood for almost 2 years and cant say enough about the staff there. They have always been helpful and attentive to my needs. Nabaa, Taylor and Brianna have helped me on 2 occasions, where I needed assistance from them. I had a plumbing issue and they promptly addressed it for me. Most recently, I had a garage door issue, as I was leaving town and they advised they would handle the issue and access what needed to be fixed. Booked a self guided tour and the app did not work so I could not get in. Called the office and there's nothing they can do, they don't have a way to override the app or generate a code on their end. Total waste of time, do not schedule self guided tours here.
If you can give us the approximate time in advance on the morning of your repair, it can be much better. (one hour in advance, or morning or afternoon, etc.) LeDarien and Willie did a really good job for the replacement of my microwave oven in this hot weather. I really appreciate their hard work.
