I can't say enough good things about the maintenance team at MAA Shiloh! Whenever I need to submit a request they respond quickly and communicate clearly when the job is done. Supervisor Eddie and his team are courteous, efficient and they always make sure the job is done right and to my satisfaction and I thank them!
I’ve been living at MAA Shiloh for several years, and I’ve had overall great experiences. Our leasing office staff are helpful, and we have some lovely maintenance staff! Alex responded to our maintenance request for a leaky bathroom faucet today, and he did a wonderful job! He was friendly, professional, and quick!
This complex has a bug infestation and communication problem. It has been over 20 days since I’ve been able to live in my apartment or sleep in my own bed because of an ongoing infestation that management has failed to address properly. It took them two weeks just to attempt a treatment, which did nothing to resolve the issue. Since then, it’s been nearly impossible to get a response from Tiffany or even an email. The lack of urgency and communication is completely unacceptable—no resident should have to live like this.
