My sister and I recently toured the community and absolutely fell in love. The true sparkle of the community, however, is sincerely thanks to the leasing consultants. Savannah was an absolute delight; she exceeded all of our expectations and thoughtfully accommodated every need for our future home. She is truly a gem at the apartments. My husband and I moved in July 2025, so we've been here for a month already. We are very satisfied! We appreciate the location of the apartment. For the price and area it's quite reasonable! To be candid - here are some pros and cons for those looking in to MAA Shiloh. Pros: Smooth move in process. My husband and my family were able to move in our things on Friday! I unfortunately was not able to be at the move in because move ins here only happen on weekdays, so that is something to consider if you struggle to get time off ... read more
