I was really hoping to leave a higher review than this. BUT - let me start by saying that the maintenance team here is top notch. some of the nicest guys you will ever meet. The office staff is friendly as well. HOWEVER- the reason for our low review. We moved into MAA in 2023 - our leasing agent ( Elijah ) was attentive and helpful, however he left out a great deal of IMPORTANT and need to know information. Taylor Owens has been the most helpful person I’ve come across at MAA San Ridley. She does above and beyond to ensure that my stay here has been the best it could be and then some. Love her attentiveness and follow through when it comes to any problem I’ve ever had. Love her service and she needs a fat raise in the near future. She does it all!
