Just moved into the apartment. There is a cockroach infestation. Management has provided an underwhelming response. Do not rent these apartments. Edit 8/1: right after move in I was killing 6 roaches a day. After the first round of pest control it was down to 2 a day plus the loss of one bag of flour (shame on me for not having it sealed.) I have purchased my own set of Raid traps and am down to 1 every few days, though 2 were found on the same day this past Saturday. Completely disappointed with this property. Moved in yesterday and my bathroom and kitchen have damage and need things replaced. I've went to management to get it fixed and I'm still waiting. The email says they will be here the same day or the next or next week. What kind of time frame is that. All of these issues should have been taken care before I moved it. The apartment itself wasn't cleaned at all either. The windows the refrigerator, kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, everything absolutely disgusting filth all over it. For... read more
