You will not find a better apartment complex in Tampa! The property is located right on Tampa Bay. The amenities are beyond compare. There are 3 pools- one is located right on Tampa Bay. There is a full spa with a weight room, exercise equipment, basketball courts and a sauna. Maintenance and management are very responsive and quick with their response. You will not regret moving here!
I moved here in September and have been having a consistent roach problem in my apartment. While the main office has always been very kind to me every time I call, I'm frustrated that I'm not being taken seriously. I've seen over 20 in my apartment at this point and every time pest control comes to my apartment, they never give me clear answers and make me feel belittled. Greg was very helpful, came in for lunch to check on the new dishwasher and the install was almost complete, replacing the broken machine was seamlessly and efficiently complete. Took very little time to make the new one operational

Needs major improvements! Took down my detailed review due to telling the truth about conditions living here! I’ll say it now and I said it before stop begging for reviews and hounding people you can guess by reading other reviews who is doing it. You have to beg beg beg for things to be replaced and if it gets fixed it’s not totally fixed unless you get lucky and get someone who is actually happy to assist you! Positive notice lexter is one of the best workers here!
