**Update after their comment. I did reach out to the leasing office and I’m attaching an email that shows the leasing managers response saying she saw no roaches after I showed her a bag of roaches and have a video doing so. Additionally, to get out of the lease they wanted me to sign a contract saying I wouldn’t tell anyone or social media about what happened. No wonder there’s mostly good reviews. And the two stars are for LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION, the maintenance orders, maybe the swimming pools, because unfortunately, that is about the only nice things I can say about the place. Ironically, the leasing office has managed to do one thing on time and on schedule for me thus far and that was put a notice on my door to give me three days to pay rent or forfeit possession of my apartment. I asked for a guided tour Chris sent me for a self guided tour, wasn’t available to answer questions when I got back, didn’t send me the information his colleague wrote down for him, and didn’t return any of the inquiries I submitted through the AI bot. So I tried to book online, the Website shows “specials available for this unit” and tell you the special, but you don’t actually get it. It’s not referenced in the application process/quote.
