So I had a review out here that I didnt really mean, they did a campaign where the maintenance people would get points if they got 5 star reviews for apartment complex. Which I did for the maintenance guy but in reality, I think thats disgusting to use the maintenance people to try to boost your reviews. Heres the reality: The gates and dumpsters are always breaking. Im talking monthly, theres an issue with something. Greg on the maintenance team is amazing! He is always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He is an asset to the community.
Im in my third lease here and just moved into a bigger apartment. Great community, upon move in, their maintenance tech Greg was here immediately to fix a few minor issues and was very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend this community, and greatly appreciate the work their maintenance department does to keep our quality of life high.
