*please take note of how many 4 or 5 star reviews are from non-residents who only toured or from residents who leave reviews for a *person* and not the actual property* it’s a sneaky way to have a high rating that doesn’t reflect the actual homes. I *do not* recommend renting here. I was initially too exhausted to move again, but pests, a gate that works sometimes, and an unreliable trash compactor (which means trash is piled high in an open air dumpster) changed my mind.
