You need to pay 35/mo for the resident gym which is not advertised anywhere or talked about at all when touring. Makes no sense. It seems like there are a lot of additional fees that are not included in the rent. The location is great and the apartments are decent, the walkways and nature paths are genuinely beautiful but they are not very up front about the different charges you may be prone to. I never realized how disappointing of a complex this was until I started my move out process and discovered way nicer places for the same amount of money. The location is GREAT - 5 minutes from the airport and right on the water, but I had a major issue with the laundry facilities. If you don’t have a washer or dryer in your unit, then you have to use the community laundry room and I have wasted so much money doing laundry here.
