Vance, was great and personable! Thank you for your time and consideration!
My roommate and I have had the most pleasant experience living here. Every staff member is extremely kind and helpful. Amazing amenities. We love our new peaceful and beautiful home!

MAA Plaza Midwood is a beautiful property with a wonderful team! Everyone I’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Special shoutout to Vance, who was absolutely fantastic to work with! He went above and beyond to make the process easy and enjoyable. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about providing a great experience. Highly recommend!
My wife and I had our tour with Vance. He made the who process very easy, and never felt "pushy", which we appreciated. We ended up going with a different apartment just because we wanted to be in a different district. If we would've gone with Plaza Midwood, MAA was at the top of our list!
