I wanted to give Madidin Smith at MAA of Durham on NorthCreek Drive. I was looking for a new apartment however due my personal circumstances, I had to put that on hold until next year. During the process, Madison was very patient, very helpful and knowledgeable of her job. Next year if she is still there, I'll connect again with her. If youre looking for a new apartment, give MAA a try. The property and staff was pleasant as well. Again thanks Madison🙂
If you move in please beware the mold issue. My apartment had a pretty serious mold issue that worsened overtime to due neglect from management and the maintenance team. Amy is a good property manager and i never had issues with the front office but maintenance is poor and will have to be called out for the same issue multiple times.
