I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment at this apartment complex and arrived on time. When I got there, the office doors were locked. There was a staff member inside who clearly saw me attempting to open the door. She made eye contact with me, acknowledged my presence, but did not gesture, speak, or make any effort to assist. Incredibly disappointed with the move-out process. We were extremely clean, responsible, quiet residents; we consistently paid rent on time, caused zero issues, etc. When moving out, we rented a steam cleaner to deep clean the carpets; however, they still charged us for "needing carpet cleaning," even though they could not provide photo evidence that the carpet had any stains or dirty spots. I’ve really enjoyed living here for the past two years. I love my neighbors, and the move-in process was very smooth. The office staff—Amy and Mildred—are always so helpful, and maintenance handles my work orders promptly.
