Been a resident for almost 2 years. After work today I realized my refrigerator was not working and all my frozen items had thawed. Within 10 mins of putting in a ticket Ty Brown called saying he just got home but would head back to work my issue. Ty went above and beyond to not leave me without a working refrigerator this evening. After troubling shooting and trying to swap components he swapped my refrigerator despite it being almost 9pm. Denis was professional, courteous and efficient in diagnosing the maintenance issues and quickly implemented a solution. When he was done, things were cleaned and good to go! Great experience!
The maintenance team was both skilled and professional. Ryan and Ty visited two days ago to repair my tub drain, and Ty efficiently resolved the issue. Ryan also took the time to kindly share helpful advice on how to prevent similar problems in the future. They make an excellent and well-coordinated team.
This Is Not Okay. I want to share something deeply upsetting that happened in our community last Tuesday. My mother was verbally attacked in our building’s (1301) elevator by a neighbor: A Caucasian woman, approximately 5’6”, with gray hair in a bun and a broader build. This woman hurled racial insults at my mom and yelled at her to “leave my country.” My mom was shocked, scared, and deeply hurt. Ryan and Ty are always so quick and efficient when it comes to maintenance! I had a rough week with multiple repairs needed and Ty and Ryan came to help quickly and were super friendly! The maintenance team at this community is probably the best I’ve yet encountered in all my years of renting in various communities! Can’t recommend them enough.
