Laureen Banville was very helpful and professional and with me being new to the area, it’s nice to have people who care and respect others.
My leasing agent was Ali J… man this girl loves her job. She was so bright and optimistic and incredibly helpful. She probably spent an hour+ with me and a roll of measuring tape in the apartment I’ve now moved into. Maintenance has come in a timely manner too. I’ve had a really great experience in my first month here so far

I have lived here at Monthaven Park apartments for several years. Staff is very friendly and the maintenance men are great at their job responding to work orders and requests. The staff is amazing and do a great job working to meet the needs of their tenants. I want to thank "Ali J" for being so helpful dealing with issues and providing excellent solutions for me. I highly would recommend anyone to be a part of a good community.
