My nane is ALPHEAUS BEVANS, I lived at MAA, from 05/20/15, because its a safe, clean, quite professionally maintain and managed community. That provides the basic necessities, that a modern family is looking for, and expects to fine in a luxury apartment setting home.. So if you are looking for a safe, clear community to call home, look no further, I will happly recommend the place I've call home, for the past 15 years, M AA.

Ms. Grace Blakely, Leasing Consultant at Monthaven Pk, has been very prompt and quick to solve issues, very clear, direct, and organized in communicating info. She is a very efficient professional! The complex is nice but trying to get something fixed is impossible. Moved here in May.. the AC wouldn’t work, and since then I have submitted 13 requests to get it fixed. Maintenance says nothing is wrong… but the AC will be set to 69 and it gets up to 80’s and higher. I’ve submitted picture proof to the manager and made multiple complaints but nothing is wrong supposedly so it never gets fixed. They came and put in a new system I guess ?? But still didn’t fix the problem. They also offered to move us to a different apartme... read more
