Great place for students at KSU Walking distance to main campus
*Please do not delete review* Like many other reviews the tour for this complex is decent and will have you tricked into thinking the move in will be just as good. This is NOT true. Upon move in I did not expect everything to be perfect but I did expect it to be fixed up as best as possible. Upon moving in the breezeway was extremely dirty and my door didn’t lock properly the FIRST red flags. I have lived here at MAA Milstead since January. And so far I really love my new home, the office staff is awesome! And the maintenance staff is always on top of work orders. Just an overall great place to stay, I can't wait until the summer to enjoy the beautiful pool.
Awful awful apartments, consistent mold issues do not live here
