The community is clean and really nice. The office staff are extremely nice, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend them!
I visited this complex and was really impressed! The staff was friendly, the apartments were modern and well-kept, and the amenities were a big plus. Great location with easy access to Kennesaw State University and other places in the area. Definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming community!
Great Community
MAA Milstead is a wonderful apartment complex! The building is always clean and in excellent shape, so it's welcoming and warm. The office staff is wonderful—friendly, polite, and willing to assist with any questions or issues. They are very helpful and make the leasing process a pleasure.
I viewed this apartment complex because I was thinking about moving to ATL and I loved the tour. Brianna Moore assisted me with the tour and she was great, very kind and helpful. She showed me places to get food near by a really lovely person. 10/10 would recommend touring this complex.
