Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at, and it’s only been 2 weeks. The day my roommates and I moved in, we filled out the walk through paper with things that needed repair (might I had that the apartment WAS NOT CLEANED before move-in and reeked of cigarettes). I did make a sticky-note list of all the things that needed immediate repair (my toilet not flushing, hot water not working) and brought it to the office on our move in day, which was a Wednesday.
