Deceptive Appearance – Not Family Friendly Don’t be fooled by how nice it looks on the outside. This place is only ideal if you’re single, don’t plan to have guests or family over. They only allow two people per apartment to join you for the amenities—even if you rent a 3-bedroom unit, only 2. Only two parking permit spaces are included, which get taken quickly, parking lots get full quick, and anything extra (like covered spots or garages) will cost you more. New build with the budget to buy reviews (I bet 80% of reviews aren’t even from residents but people who attend their public events in community space) Update: new thermostats somehow triggered installed (that no one asked for) - I’m now getting “motion sensor” notifications.
