What I enjoy about MAA milepost 35 is the following: 1. Great Maintenance staff, great at responding to needs and cares about us as residents. 2. Love our apartment , 2 bed 2 bath, very easy to take advantage of the layout. 3. Love the fitness center, wish all TVS were on all the time. 4. Great dog park if you need it. Wish all users would clean up after their dogs. 5. Playground is fun for kids, my granddaughters love to play there. 6. I enjoy my garage, easy access and plenty of room. Communication sucks and the leasing agent didn’t know what he was doing and gave me false information when it came to applying to this apartment complex… and how he handled the process was horrible and I feel more like this complex profiled me
Best place I have ever lived. The pool, lobby, gym, rooftop & gear lounge are all awesome spaces to use. Melody was very helpful and the rest of the staff I have interacted with has been great. There were a couple new building problems that are to be expected, worst one being quantum fiber did not work for my first week paying for it (not MAA’s fault). I would highly recommend moving here.
They have the worst communication, they strung us along for days with our application, accepted, then ignored us and all for nothing, they rejected us at the end and made us waste time and energy. It all could’ve been avoided if they had COMMUNICATED properly since the begging. I do not know if it was a “no immigrants allowed here” kind of thing, but the whole thing felt very hostile at the end.
