I strongly advise against living at MAA Midtown Phoenix. My 2.5-year experience here has been nothing short of disastrous. The security issues are alarming - during my time here, my bicycle has been stolen twice, and my car window was smashed in. And I’m not alone in this; according to other tenant reviews, car break-ins are a common occurrence here. Given my experience, I absolutely believe it. One of the maintenance team at MAA Midtown always says good morning, willing attitude, ans always seems to be running around fixing/ working on something to keep the property fresh looking and inviting! Rich is his name, and his accent is cute!

I love this place! The staff has been extremely responsive, helpful and friendly, and I love the aesthetic and community feeling here!
