Jessica and Jordan helped out with our rental needs, both were extremely helpful and provided exceptional service. They go the extra mile for you! Also, the property is well-managed and very conveniently located to just about everything the Phoenix valley has to offer. Highly recommended.
Avoid avoid avoid! I lived here for 2 years and the biggest issue was honestly the management. I had a notice put on my car that it would be towed due to past due registration. Fair enough; I immediately resolved the issue (updated my registration). A day later my car was towed, and Cesar with management told me I should have told them I updated my registration and my car wouldn’t have been towed. I am completely frustrated and distraught, management is Deceptive. They made me move units because they had to fix a wall noise that was ongoing throughout my whole lease in which I stayed for the entire time. I was told they would let me know when the unit was fixed so I can move back in which I checked back every month since to see if the unit was ready and they replied each time they can not find a fix to the noise. Jessica Seal was great and very professional. She answered all my questions and was very pleasant. I'll definitely be leasing with her once my current lease is up. She is the best leasing consultant in the area.
