DO NOT LIVE HERE! Staff are nice management sucks. Whilst living here for 14 months the garage gate was broken and never fixed. There were things stolen from my car and when I complained I was told to kick rocks, homeless people sleeping in the garage, and doors that never locked. This place is not safe, there’s always one door with a broken lock you’re able to get into. Management sucks. They don’t care about you. I had such a great experience touring MAA Midtown Phoenix. I came in looking for a studio or one-bedroom with a balcony. Cesar Chavez, the assistant property manager, was honestly amazing. He was clearly super busy and seemed like he was handling everything that morning, but he still made sure I felt taken care of and never rushed. It’s been about a month since we moved in, and our experience has been great. Jessica was amazing and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was especially helpful when we needed assistance with the Hub inside the unit and took the time to walk us through everything. You can tell right away that she truly enjoys her job and helping people find their new home.
