Awesome place to live possibly for me, as Jessica Seal presents this property as a great place, she is very knowledgeable & was quick to respond & get back to me. Even though we ended up choosing a different place, I wanted to leave a review because of how great our experience was here. Jessica was amazing to work with—friendly, professional, and very informative. She took the time to answer all of our questions and really made the whole process stress-free. The property itself looked clean and well-kept, and the location is super convenient.
This has been the worts property I’ve ever lived at. There is always weed smell in the hallways. I have lived here for over a year and the garage door has never worked properly and they tried to break into my car. Recently I made my rent payment, days before the due date and they charged me a NSF fee due to a system error on the properties end, and they say they cannot reverse the fee. Nerver leasing with MAA Property Rentals again.
