We have enjoyed living at MAA Market Center. Maintenance requests are typically addressed in a timely manner. Management holds fun resident events on a regular basis. Overall, this is a very peaceful environment.
The office people conducted a halloween pumpikn carving and painting …it was greattt ,we had so much fun!

My experience as a resident has been great no complaints whatsoever and the service when it comes to repairs or replacement in my apartment it’s topnotch. The entire team are good but my special thanks to BIC he is an exceptional service person. He replaced a broken part in the refrigerator within couple of mins and within 24hrs install a new washer. I cannot thank him enough for making this happen.
Each of the maintenance staff members are excellent in skill set, and they are professional and pleasant in each interaction I have had with them. Their presence is another reason I love living here, on this beautiful property. We are surrounded by so many amazing neighbors and wonderful staff members. My family and I are proud to call MAA Market Center our community and home.
