Hi, Here is my feedback as to why I moved out: 1. My electricity in my bathroom and kitchen has never worked properly. I have put in work orders that have either been ignored or that the worker who comes says I need new light fixtures. I put that in an order and that has been ignored. 2. My garage and car were broken into more than once. We (family of four) are living at Maa Market Center apartments for more than a year now. Our decision to move to this apartment was extremely wise! This is one of the best places we have lived so far. The complex is wide with great amenities. Two clubhouses. Two gyms. Two dog parks. * Helpful and Kind office staff. Not a great experience overall. Packages can still get stolen if they’re left outside the lockers in the package room, and no one really takes responsibility for it. The fire alarms have gone off around 11 PM and even 2 AM, which is extremely annoying. The elevators break pretty often, and I was even stuck in one once because the doors wouldn’t open which was terrifying. manager needs to walk the property and do a proper audit of tenants. Multiple people are using shopping carts from Sams club and walking them to the complex and then leaving them in the hallways. Valet trash rules are not being followed with multiple units having their bins being left outside 24/7. Please walk the property and see this for yourself.

Erin and the staff have been great! On my day of my move-in. I was stressed out and a little rough with them unfortunately but they were great and I went back and apologized to them and everything is smoothed over and OK. The apartment is fantastic.
