I have lived in MAA apartments for over 7 years now and to my wife and I it is a very good place to live. They have been jolly on the spot for taking care of what ever happens. It’s very quiet place to live. Some people don’t like the way water bill is done but there is no other way of doing. It’s very handy for my wife who works just up the street. I'm an international student and I have been living in the Mansion Apartment (MAA) for almost three years now. I haven’t had the opportunity to learn to drive yet, so I chose the MAA because everything is close to me. Walmart is in a 8-10 min walk, Aldi is in a 4-min walk, Fayette Mall within an 8-min walk, and Shillito Park is in a 20 min walk. By using the bus, the University of Kentucky is about 20-30 min away.
