Kevin in maintenance is so kind and helpful. He always goes above and beyond to help in any way. If you have a pet he is always giving treats and extra love to your pets.
Where do I even begin? I absolutely love living here and have lived here for about 3 years. If I ever have any issues, repairs get fixed immediately and done by our favorite maintenance guy, Kevin! I’ve lived in many apartments where things brake or need fixed and I have to sit with the issue for weeks. Not only does Kevin do an exceptional job with around the home repairs, he swings by the apartment and picks my trash up - almost right when it is set outside to take to the dumpster. Kevin Himes, the service manager at the Mansion was absolutely wonderful! I could not have been more thankful to have had him there helping us over the past year. He truly was a blessing to my mom and I! Very nice, professional, and always there for you when you needed him! He’s the best!
UPDATE: I am not sure when I made my original review, but I am still happy to live here. Sadly so is rent prices are the same lol. I don't think anything will change as wages are flat (end update). I very much enjoy living here. It's quiet, and the grounds are well taken care of. Maintenance has been great and any time I needed to contact the office, they have been great too. My only issue, is that rent has gone up so high so fast, that I am not sure how long I will be living here. That makes me sad since I enjoy it here. I ... read more
