The office employees and maintenance are wonderful.
I just moved into this apartment, and the whole process from application to move-in went very smoothly. One of the staff members, Tasha, was so nice and willing to help me settle in. We have been living here for four years and even when we chose to downsize, we stayed in the apartment complex. We have never waited more than 24 hours for a maintenance request even if it wasn’t emergent. Autumn in the leasing office is so kind and sweet, she made everything so smooth for the moving process from one apartment to the other. I asked a lot of questions and she always responded quickly.
Kevin in maintenance is so kind and helpful. He always goes above and beyond to help in any way. If you have a pet he is always giving treats and extra love to your pets.
Where do I even begin? I absolutely love living here and have lived here for about 3 years. If I ever have any issues, repairs get fixed immediately and done by our favorite maintenance guy, Kevin! I’ve lived in many apartments where things brake or need fixed and I have to sit with the issue for weeks. Not only does Kevin do an exceptional job with around the home repairs, he swings by the apartment and picks my trash up - almost right when it is set outside to take to the dumpster.
