The buildings, landscaping and parking surfaces are very nice looking and well maintained unlike many other apartment properties. The office/property management staff is excellent. Tasha did a super job from introduction to move-in. Autumn was knowledgeable and very helpful. Michelle was welcoming and gave the impression she would help whenever needed. It’s a good place to be.
I just moved into this apartment, and the whole process from application to move-in went very smoothly. One of the staff members, Tasha, was so nice and willing to help me settle in. My cat and I already love this place!
Tasha and her team are very professional, accommodating and always great to work with. Kevin and the maintenance team are top shelf. I've been here for many years and would highly recommend.
I had two different apartments there! I lived in a spacious Two Bedroom and my last Apartment was a perfect 1 bedroom! The facilities are well kept, pool clean, workout facility clean! It is located in the perfect spot walkable to the largest mall in KY, a Whole Foods, Aldi, and Walmart. Many walkable options for dining across the board from Upscale at Mileta to a quick sandwich at Schlotzky’s, options abound! The staff was always so helpful including Tasha the property manager!
