I had two different apartments there! I lived in a spacious Two Bedroom and my last Apartment was a perfect 1 bedroom! The facilities are well kept, pool clean, workout facility clean! It is located in the perfect spot walkable to the largest mall in KY, a Whole Foods, Aldi, and Walmart. I love living here! The staff are personable, professional, and quick to action. The grounds are very well maintained, and there is plenty of grassy areas to walk your dog, and there is a little grassy dog park!
If you were thinking about moving here, trust me don’t. I had the worst experience from day 1. I had to sign a lease to an apartment before I even got to see it due to them not having any available for tour. The place seemed nice so I believed in it and I was showed a virtual tour as welll looked good. When I moved in my apartment was full of flys they went in a hurried up and painted the place they was hair in the paint on the walls and they painted over bugs, my toilet didn’t flush I have 2 toddler children that were in po... read more
We had just moved in today and the process has been very easy. Our apartment had been thoroughly cleaned with new carpets. Appliances and windows were all clean as well, and no sign of mold or pests. Tasha has been extremely patient and kind with my mother and I, and has helped us through the paperwork and getting everything set up.
