Great place to live if you enjoy resort style living.
Not worth living here! It’s dark and gloomy, roaches, the fans and vents are full of dust, I was waking up with nose bleeds from the dust and most likely mold - it smells horrible I always had candles lit. They charged me a full carpet replacement when my carpet was in good condition. They didn’t even try to clean the carpet first, there was “pet damage” to the carpet. Maintenance was very quick and amazing. I went by the office and lady was very helpful, placed my work order and they came immediately. He also addressed other issues I’m having. The complex is kept very clean and I always feel safe here.
Gates are always broken trying to get out or get in. Trash everywhere around dumpsters. Many other places to choose from on the area besides an MAA community. Fire alarms goes off for no reason but faulty system.
