Very responsive, polite, and did a great job at completing the maintenance request.
I just moved in this past Saturday. The move in process was super fast and easy. The girls in the office have been nothing but kind and helpful. I know I’m gonna love it here. The apartment set up is user friendly. The smart technology for lights, gate, front door, etc is so useful!! The complex itself is very clean and feels like a little neighborhood, not an apartment complex. So far i have zero bad things to say. I’m very happy I chose to come here to live!! 🤗
Far from "luxury" apartments. BEWARE yes, the staff is friendly but they can only do so much. I showed up moving day, the unit was very old, smoke/musty smell. It was not cleaned and management claimed spots were just missed. I can't get a hold of anyone in corporate to resolve my issue, so keep that in mind if you move in and they don't resolve your issue, you will just be stuck.
