i am just amazed at the customer service Stephanie provided to me today all my questions were answered !
The maintenance team is wonderful. I came home at 9pm to discover my AC wasn’t working, it was HOT in my apartment. Alonso was here within 45 minutes and had it fixed for me THAT NIGHT. Amazing. Plus, almost every time I submit a request they come within 2 hours to look at it. I’ve never experienced such a great maintenance team. Thank y’all!!
