Miguel was very polite, professional, and timely. He communicated every step in the process of the maintenance request, and cleaned up after the repair! He is very knowledgeable and respectful.

I placed a maintenance request today for my Smart Rent being offline as well as the ac hose/pipe over the bath tub was leaking. I was concerned that 1 of those request couldn’t be fixed today but Miguel came out and was able to fix both within minutes. Maintenance crew is about the only good thing about this place. If you're looking at their amenities, don't get your hopes up, they're probably broken or shut down for some kind of maintenance.
