My daughter is looking for an apartment in Charlotte and we just toured MAA Lo So. It was GREAT!! We had a wonderful tour of all their amenities and apartments with Bennett. He truly couldn’t have been more informative and helpful. It’s a very nice complex in the perfect location!! Must see if you’re looking in the area!!
Living at MAA LOSO has been a fantastic experience. From day one, the staff have been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The building itself is thoughtfully constructed—unlike so many new apartments in Charlotte that feel rushed or cheaply made. Everything here feels solid, and the soundproofing is excellent. Poor response from management understaffed and completely disorganized. I know it’s a REIT but still apartment tour was full of kids riding bikes in coffee shop and broken glass with no help for leasing agent.
I had a great experience on my tour with Jazzmyn Dunlap here at MAA LoSo. I mistakenly came to the wrong location (my tour was at MAA Reserve) and asked if she had time to provide a tour on the spot and she did! The location of the apartment is great with a coffee shop (Land of a Thousand Hills) attached to it, a restaurant across the street, and the Scaleybark train station in walking distance.
