Both the leasing office team and the maintenance staff have always been very helpful and attentive. Every time we have submitted a request, it has been handled very quickly and professionally. We truly appreciate how responsive and supportive everyone has been.
Management here is amazing and very proactive. On a monthly basis they throw resident events to help meet people. The apartment’s location is great, with easy access to many restaurants and coffee shops. Overall, I have no complaints about living here. I would encourage current and future residents to stay aware of their surroundings and lock their car doors in the South End area. Overall I would encourage anyone moving to south end to check out this complex!
This place is nice, its close to everything and its super clean. One thing that was brought to my attention is the AC noise coming out of the roof. Do not live on the 5th floor because you will be miserable with the AC unit noise humming over your head. Other than this issue, everything else is superb!
