Rena was awesome! Gave a great tour and good insights into the amenities of MAA!
They were really nice when I was going to tour to lease. When I decided not- to due to the garage having an arm and not a gate , which is more secure- they switched up their tune real quick. Rude, short, and maybe even aggressive leasing staff. Buyer beware
I Have lived here for over a year in 2 separate units. Building has been upkept extremely well in this time period. Plenty of covered parking in the garage that is included in rent is a big plus. The location right on Scaleybark light rail station is extremely convenient as well. Leasing office staff are communicative and maintenance staff is reliable. Rafael and Joe are fantastic!... We submitted a maintenance request and they promptly came and took care of everything for us. They are both so knowledgeable / very personable. Great guys! - On top of everything, today was Joe's first day... He is already showing to be a great addition to the already great management team here at MAA.
Loso is a great look for those who want some luxury at a reasonable cost the property manager Curtis is dope maintenance is always on point Assist manager is enjoyable, the atmosphere felt like home
