Reeks of attitude. Simply walking in, you’re ignored. Use your manners, as you were raised, and wait your turn to speak- makes no difference. If you don’t look like you make enough money to live here they have no reason to talk to you. The woman at the front was rushing her words to me, not even looking in my direction. By far one of the worst apartments I’ve stayed in. Staffing is terrible! No professionalism! A lot of my appliances were broken when I moved in and my upstairs neighbors were loud. I would hear everything from different apartments upstairs. Management never took the time and listened to complaints they only care about money at this apartment. 0/10 save your time and money.
We've lived here for a year and thought about renewing our lease because we love the location. Unfortunately, our experience over the past several months has made that difficult and we’re choosing to moving out. First, they denied one of our dogs as an ESA animal because they deemed my husbands disability for two ESA dogs was not warranted, despite having the proper documentation from his doctor from the moment we applied. So I’m looking for an apartment and called to ask questions about this place and the lady who answered the phone acted as if I was bothering her. Who ever you are ma’am thank you for helping me with this choice. I will be marking this one off my list a NO. No I don’t live there but if you read the post it said that I am in the process of looking for an apartment and this one was on my list to apply but after being spoken too like I was nothing I chose not go with the complex
