Literally live anywhere else. The parking garage is not safe. We’ve had car break-ins, we also have has break ins to units. Homeless have been found living in stairwells. Poop everywhere. Management team is uncommunicative about parking deck entrance closings (which are frequent) Amenities are missing features/equipment. Common space chairs are uncomfortable to sit in. Where do I even start? Curtis is the only competent person keeping this disaster of a building from collapsing into total chaos. He’s incredible — truly the only bright spot here. Without him, the place would be a full-blown trainwreck. We went five months without a working dishwasher because management simply couldn’t be bothered to fix it. I had a great experience with maintenance! I submitted three maintenance requests, and each time, they were very responsive and kept me updated on the progress. After each task was completed, they promptly let me know, which I really appreciated. There’s still one request pending, but they assured me it will be taken care of by the end of the week. Overall, the team has been professional and efficient, making my move-in process a lot smoother!
Great experience, leasing office workers have been extremely helpful and nice. Great restaurants in the area! 10/10 The maintenance team is very attentive and timely. Manny was a great help with an emergency maintenance request. He fixed the issue quickly and with a smile.
Mannie and John did a great job with maintenance.
