I just want to say Ruth Chavez is amazing. Five stars all the way if there was a 6 star I would’ve given it to her. She was so helpful so knowledgeable. I would suggest this place just because of her!
I genuinely wanted to enjoy living here, and I don’t write this lightly. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable and at peace in their home. The office staff, especially Brenda, has been helpful and professional. I also appreciate that there are no pet breed restrictions. However, the property itself is outdated and not consistently maintained. Appliances appear to have been painted over and are deteriorating. Best customer service, clean and safe place
My husband and I have been here for a few years now, this is our third summer here. Each summer our apartment gets 75° - 82° after 5pm. Our apartment is small, not even 800sqf. Our electric bill has been well over $300. The AC can be on 65° all day and it still gets uncomfortably hot. We've bought thick blackout curtains for the living room and that hasn't even helped.
