My review is accurate and factual. Understandably, the quality of living at MAA Los Rios is commensurate with its affordability. However, this is where my acceptance ends. This property and its leasing/management team falls short in many aspects. 1) Residents are required to pay an $18 property management fee which we were told goes to the beautification and upkeep such as landscaping and litter pick up. Okay. But lots of minors doing property damage. They send out emails constantly and do nothing about it. They will take money anyway they can.
