Oscar a kind guy helps out A lot staff is very nice and they are a good apartment to go to but a big shout out to Oscar he help out a lot with the apartments recommend for sure

☆☆☆☆ Our experience at MAA was very disappointing from start to finish. When we moved in, the apartment already had several issues, including a carpet covered in animal hair and other pre-existing damage. We reported these problems to the leasing office, but our concerns were ignored, and we were told everything was fine. After moving out, we were charged for damages that were already there before we moved in. It felt unfair to be held responsible for issues we reported from the beginning.
