I spent 14 months here. There were some problems but they were too little to address, the people, neighbors, and staff all of them were very nice and helpful. Parking was an issue but not that big of an issue, there are some small problems with the dumpster being overfilled but it is always taken care of, the management was super nice from day 1 to moveout, and I can’t thank enough them, Michelle was my property manager and yes she is very good at her job, I wish I never had left this place. 9/10!
I recently moved in. My apartment was perfect. The staff was very professional and helpful with the entire move in process. It's also close to everything. I love living here!
Love this community! It is in the perfect location. They have reasonable prices. & Cynthia was amazing. She gave me a tour and had great customer service. The apartment looked great! I will be moving in soon. Can't wait!
As a mother of two, I regret choosing this apartment complex for my family. When you rent a home, especially with children, you expect it to be clean, safe, and comfortable. Unfortunately, we have been dealing with a persistent cockroach problem, and it has reached the point where I no longer feel comfortable having my children live here. I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this apartment complex. Our apartment has had a serious and ongoing cockroach infestation, and despite repeatedly bringing the issue to management’s attention, the problem has not been properly resolved. Management sends pest control from time to time to spray and put down cockroach traps, but these temporary treatments have not solved the infestation.
