I have been putting off writing a review. My boyfriend and I lived here for a little over 2 years (two separate lease agreements). The first lease agreement was pretty smooth, and the majority of that time was with an entirely different maintenance team. The second lease term had us counting down the days until move out. just drove around the grounds as I'd read some negative reviews however I couldn't substantiate them as grounds were well kept, professional landscaping company was on site at that time actually, it looked clean,well kept, and calm.
