This apartment complex isn't necessary bad but the staff is awful . The guy in the office , Carl , is useless honestly . I tried to tell him abt a problem I had w the app / processing a payment & he told me there was no one I could talk to & I basically just have to deal w it . The girl Miriam always has an attitude when she talks to you . I also put in a maintenance request months ago - tht took 4 months of me reminding them to finally get fixed . The staff in the office are just awful .

Don’t move here. They do not grant any kind of forgiveness for extenuating circumstances. My grandmother passed away this morning and I was told I would still be held to the full requirements of rent and late fee accruals even though I now have to travel to Massachusetts and use funds unexpectedly for funeral expenses. Under the circumstances this is pretty apathetic. So again this goes for all MAA properties. Just don’t rent with these inhuman people who have a lack of empathy.

I have had a good experience living here. The staff are very friendly. Maintenance is always completed in a timely manner. It’s located close to all my favorite go to places.The upper pool and gym are great for relaxing and working out!

Im only giving two starts because of the view. Otherwise this company is shady... the employees at leasing office were nice and accommodating to get you moved in but indifferent, even rude once you sign the lease and beyond. This place is a ROACH and WATERBUG haven, Not to mention the insane policies, fees and the unwillingness to help if you need anything from them. This is the worst company ive ever dealt with, if you have other options go with those.
