Mariam is so sweet and was incredibly helpful.
We lived here for a year and although we never had issues with management, there were constant car break ins and the interior is so outdated. We constantly had mold problems in our bathrooms and the edge of the bathtub that we constantly had to clean ourselves. I would look somewhere else if you care about the well being of your family. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.
I’ve been living here for a month now and I just want to say that I’ve lived at several complexes and I have never experienced anything like living here before. When I say that ANYTHING I need help with the office staff and the maintenance staff are more than on top of whatever it is that I am needing assistance with. My wife is on oxygen 24/7 and it’s very hard for her to get around. I gave a great review when I moved in but lately its been horrible Yes rent if u want Roach infested, 30 yr old buildings and immoral renting practices. I can't leave a window open in nice weather cause the large roaches crawl in under the ill fitting screens! I counted 5 in 2 days and I'm on second floor. They called me to tell me pest control was on site but i heard them talking before i said hello and they said "these people are unbelievable, always complaining" !
