The maintenance crew is AWESOME. I have put in a few requests in my short time of being a resident here and they have ALL been handled in a timely manner and I have been pleased with the outcome. I feel as though you all have gone above and beyond to help make me feel right at home. The leasing office staff is super helpful and friendly.
I worked with Mariam to get into my apartment and she was so knowledgeable, respectful, and answered every question I had. She was a pleasure to work with!
Me and my husband are pregnant, and need to move ASAP! Taylor Barrett was such a sweetheart to us and helped us right away. She showed us a tour and was very informational on everything. She even told me about free ice cream day at DQ (hehe this pregnant lady is happy), her personality is overall very sweet and positive. Such a good experience, excited to fill this application out right now as we are sitting here with her. :) <3 !
Truly, some of the best leasing folks you could ask for. A particular shout-out to our guy, Carlos who has continued to go above and beyond for us, even after we signed our lease. From first call to move-in, he answered all our questions and made us feel so welcome! And I would add, this maintenance staff is fantastic.
