DO NOT RENT HERE! Our lease is effective until 09/13/26 but we decided to partially move out earlier. It was clearly communicated with the office staff/leasing office that I was moving but still had an active and paid lease until September. These idiots threw away everything I left in an apartment that I did not totally vacate!! They never called or asked when I’d return for my items, just trashed everything. I had the absolute pleasure of getting a tour of the complex with, Andreaka, who was so so sweet! She provided me with all the information that I needed, showed me the community, and was super understanding of my hearing impairment. 20/10 experience!! I absolutely loooved the community and amenities involved. The view is beyond gorgeous!
On 7/30/26 I got a brand new A/C unit installed; Since then, I have come home to a hot apartment almost every day, except maybe three days! They have had to work on my A/C unit almost every single day. This is the 3rd straight weekend I have gone without AIR CONDITIONING!! They put in a temporary unit on Saturday (Why they even removed it, is beyond me?? I can't go more than 24 hours without this New Unit dying!!), and it has been leaking water all over my bedroom carpet before I noticed! Today, as of 8/10/26; I have no work... read more
This place is a scam to live at READ THROUGH EVERYTHING they are just trying to milk you of your money I would never recommend MAA to anybody my friends and family told me it was a scam i didn’t believe them and now i do I lived there for 3 months the management is terrible the people in the community was amazing but honestly living here was not worth all the hassle they can enter your house whenever by just putting a work order in they are absolutely the worst place to live they move you in fast but they will try to take ev... read more
