I had an above average, nice experience at MAA Lake Lanier. The setting is gorgeous and the floor plans are spacious. The internet price is low. Areas of improvement or things to learn to accept living in an older complex: Plumbing was not the best. I found hot water to be mostly consistent but sometimes not hot. The windows and exterior painting on porch doors could be maintained more. HVAC systems are dated. Your car will be towed if not parked in a spot.
