The MAA Hyde Park community clean, quiet, and safe......Staci Van Allen (Sr. Property Manager) was so nice, helpful and truly cared about all of our questions and concerns. The maintenance team is also awesome and timely. Jasmine has been a big help too! We have been here one year and are signing another lease for 14 more months. I would recommend this community to anyone. Thank you Staci, Jasmine and The Maintenance Team for making our experience a good one.
Setup an appointment to go see an apartment and when I arrived the lease office parking lot was closed off. So I drove to the visitor gate and called the office 4 times with no answer. I texted the number I had and no one responded so I left. As soon as I got home they called and texted back and said "so sorry we are short staffed today you can park on the street" ... well thanks but I already left! She said "we apologize but you can reschedule and we are happy to show you around" It was not respectful of my time to (1) not ... read more
Office associates are nice, maintenance guys are awesome. But I moved out Dec 19 and received notice that I’d get over $4,700 back from my security deposit. Well now it’s March 18 and I’m still waiting. Way too corporatized. Wouldn’t recommend. EDITING TO UPDATE, still not check. AND THIS RESPONSE WAS BS AS THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING MORE. MAA Corporate continues to SUCK.
