My air condition was having some issues and Luis came over quick before leaving for the day to get it working again!! He’s always so friendly and professional.
Great place to live, attentive and communicative front office staff. However, it is difficult and stressful to secure an apartment, I’m not sure how they would reconcile this but it can be difficult to feel secured in having a place to live while applying. An option for advanced pay to secure would be nice. Also, not that this would sway my decision but the pool chairs are so beyond uncomfortable, hot and hard to sit on with an unheated pool. Christopher has been absolutely amazing to work with. He recently helped us fix our heating, water heater, and coolers, including replacing the pads, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Whether it’s the sink or anything else, he’s always there and ready to help. He’s also very friendly, easy to talk to, and makes everything feel comfortable and stress-free. I would highly recommend him.
