Unfortunately I raised a concern with property management. I was told on the phone that my feedback was “heard” and I could get a callback. Based on the inflection, I asked “am I actually getting a callback with a resolution?” and was informed that no, the feedback will be ‘shared’ but nothing will be done - no resolution or common ground. I was disappointed and kept the rest of the call brief because it was evident that my concern didn’t matter to them. Disappointing.
