The entire staff are excellent. When having maintenance issues depending in the sense of urgency level of course they are on top of it and practically the same day. It's a nice small community and residents are usually out walking laps etc. Re to maintenance, also sometimes parts may need to be ordered but they are respectfull of your apartment home and let you know what to expcect during the mean time.
