I have lived here since Nov 2024. It’s a quite well maintained property or at least that’s been my experience with noise. I have to say that the apartments are a little dated as far as the interior. There’s no light fixture or ceiling fan in the living room, which I find very odd. Also, you have to physically go to the entrance gate and punch in a code. I would not recommend living here. My friend was really sick living here. There was a lot of water issues, and mold issues. When they try to take her deposit and didn’t know how else to take it, they charge 125 for water. For January bill. Which you are not supposed to take a deposit to pay a water bill that’s a month in advance. She paid her December water bill.
