My parents moved in five years ago, and have really enjoyed living at community. My father passed in March of this year, but mom continues to reside in her apartment. I have lived at this apartment complex since early October 2025. My family originally chose this apartment complex because they were advertising “luxury” apartments and since it’s gated we used to feel that it was the safest choice for our family. Here’s the reality: The gate never stays closed. It will be open for an entire week or two, and if a crime were to occur the complex doesn’t have any security cameras. We moved in October of last year and everything was great at first. Quiet neighborhood, nice people, good management. Two weeks ago, 2 cars wheels are stolen in the middle of the night and left on rocks. Management was contacted and police were called. No increase in security throughout the night or anything of that nature 2 days ago, another set of the same wheels on another car are stolen and that car is left on bricks. I’ve had a great experience living here. The maintenance team is outstanding — they respond quickly and always resolve issues the same day. It’s such a relief knowing that any concerns are handled promptly and professionally. The management team is also very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They truly care about the residents and make this community a wonderful place to live
The leasing office team was amazing! Christine from the first tour to move-in day, was so helpful, responsive, and professional. She answered all my questions clearly and made the entire process easy to understand. I’m grateful for their help in getting approved and settling into my apartment.
