The folks here are always unpleasant and will charge you for literally anything. Do not recommend this apartment. You will always have noise issues with your upstairs neighbor and the management is gonna shrug it off. Moving out this month, really bad experience throughout. The move out statement was also substantially high.

Submitted a couple maintenance requests and Rafael came by quickly to fix. He was prompt and very courteous.
Now that I’ve finally moved out, I can say that the office staff was amazing. Whenever I had an issue I felt like they tried to solve the problem, especially the property manager. The property looks nice on the outside but the interior of the building is an entirely different story. Around my 2nd or 3rd week living in my unit I began to see roaches. Horrible maintenance. Dogs crap everywhere and trash in hallways all the time and they do nothing about it. Also halls smell like dog pee. Don’t think this is 1 person upset. Multiple ppl and this is an all time thing!! Don’t live here!!!
