Having toured over 15 complexes, my first tour with Sarah Nickell at MMM Frisco Bridges left a lasting impression. She is a great asset to the community. Her style is efficient; before my tour, she called to confirm my desired apartment and on the day of the tour, she effectively showed me the floor plans, the entire community, and patiently answered all my questions. The Maintenance team is truly the best!! Most request are completed Correctly within 24 hours, which is PURELY amazing, especially for the size of this complex. Thank you to Rafael who recently completed my electrical request.

Samir and Rafael are unbelievable! The same day we were moving in and noticed a few things needing to be fixed they came immediately. They were very prompt and professional. Absolutely pleased with them! This is not the first MAA building my husband and I have lived in it’s actually the third in a third state and we have always found this community to be top notch and again we were blown away by our maintenance crew here at Frisco Bridges!
