I lived at MAA Fairview for the past year and about to renew! The location is perfect—close to 75 and everything you need, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Close to a walking trail with a little pond and playground. The grounds are well-kept, friendly on site team and the community has a great overall vibe.
Not sure why rating is low except maybe residents leased at the beginning of COVID and are unsatisfied with market corrections. I love it here!
It's a nice property, overall quiet &* feels safe . Gavin has been very helpful from the day we toured last summer to now, &* is always respectful &* pleasant to talk with ! Thank you, Gavin !
Abel is the Best! He addressed my after hours maintenance call for water heater issues promptly and professionally.
Such professionalism with the office staff! Maintenance is so fast at completing my work orders ! Recommending this community to all my friends
