We have been living here at MAA Coral Springs going on 4-years now. Part of our reasons to extend our resident here after the 1st year, was a result of our total satisfaction of our rental agent courteous and professional relationship with us. We have resided at this location for five years, consistently paying rent on time and maintaining a good record as tenants. However, our recent request to transition from a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit to a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit seemed to be taken personally by Ms. Stephaine, the property manager, due to an email exchange. During her visit to inspect the apartment while my daughter, an RN, was home after working the night shift, she initially stated that everything was acceptable.
