I would strongly advise anyone considering MAA Coral Springs to think twice. My experience with the office manager, Stephanie, was extremely disappointing. I felt that I was treated unfairly and differently compared to others, and the overall interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I am extremely disappointed with the management and overall conditions at this apartment complex. The garbage is constantly overflowing, creating an unsanitary and unpleasant environment for residents. There is dog waste left all over the property with little to no enforcement or cleanup, which makes it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk around — especially for families. I've been here for two years! And I love this condo. Madeline and Miriam, the people who have always helped me, have been very kind, and when I need maintenance, they're very quick! I'm still happy living here; I just transferred to another apartment, and I love it! Llevo 2 años aquí! have been a resident here for almost 4 years and consistently pay my rent on time.
