I love living at Copper Ridge. It is definitely a 5 - Star community. Maintenance is very quick and repairs are awesome. The office staff is wonderful and always attentive to requests. I've lived in MAA communities for 14 years and I couldn't be happier!
I’m a current resident and have lived here less than a year. I will not be renewing. I’ve had 3 leaks from the AC access in the last 9 months. The walls are paper thin and the overall quality of the unit doesn’t come close to justifying the price you will pay.
Rent else where that manager Trisha is Rude disrespectful towards tenant! Will enter your apartment at will no call no nothing . 2k a month for rude and unwanted service from the Manager herself!!! Stay aww rent else where… renters beware!!!
