I’m a current resident and have lived here less than a year. I will not be renewing. I’ve had 3 leaks from the AC access in the last 9 months. The walls are paper thin and the overall quality of the unit doesn’t come close to justifying the price you will pay.
Rent else where that manager Trisha is Rude disrespectful towards tenant! Will enter your apartment at will no call no nothing . 2k a month for rude and unwanted service from the Manager herself!!! Stay aww rent else where… renters beware!!!
Jose Prieto was awesome assisting with the bathroom grout replacement, very proactive and knowledgeable.
Jose Prieto, helps with all the request on the maintenance and he is quickly resolving all the requests in a day.
