Expérience du service client Devimco laisse à désirer( nulle). Cela fait 3 semaines que j’ai eu enfin des locataires dans mon unité et il n’ya pas d’eau chaude . J’ai laissé maintes messages téléphoniques et via e-mail et je n’ai obtenu aucun retour ! C’est inhumain en plein hiver de ne pas daigner envoyer un plombier afin de résoudre le problème d’eau chaude de la douche ! Je ne sais pas vers qui me tourner s’il y’a des âmes sensibles dans l’immeuble je serai ravie d’avoir un coup de main pour mon unité . Merci

Terrible Living Experience – Noise, Theft, and Poor Management! The never-ending construction noise is unbearable and has completely taken away my peace. It starts early in the morning and continues throughout the day. On top of that, I’ve been robbed twice! Very slow . Was supposed to be delivered in 2021. We are almost in 2025 and still other than the unit itself nothing is ready. Common areas, balcony, outside…. There is always issues inside the building. They keep charging for condo fees. If there is a problem inside the units, It takes months to fins out someone to fix the problem or even answer you at first place. The worst investment. Very disappointed. Never before has a condo made me feel so regretful about living in it. The problems with this condo are never ending, and clearly needs years more for it to be suitable for ANYONE to live in it. Loud and invasive construction wakes you up every single day with people right outside your window at dawn, hammering and drilling around your window.
