Poor management … even entered without notice
My husband and I decided to take the leap of faith and stay in an Airbnb here for personal reasons. I won’t say much but I will say the marble floor is an eye catching addition… not something you’d expect in a large building. The spa was amazing for gastric emptying, but sadly enough not very good for all other projects. Hot garbage with communication all the way, there was a ton of issues before the closing of the condo - they literally rescheduled the delivery a day before our originally agreed date, which I took a day off for already. They rescheduled it to a day when I was travelling and no response after I repeatedly ask for reschedule. After the delivery, they just never responded to any of my emails. They promised for the gym access for one owner of the unit, but no response after 10+ emails to get me the access. The gym just asks me ... read more
I’m writing this at 7 a.m. after being woken up by the sound of electric saws, hammering, loud yelling, and laughter happening just inches from my window. If they were actually building or installing something on the balcony, I’d understand. But they’re just sawing wood and hammering metal while standing on their lift. None of this needed to happen at window-level — it could’ve been done on the ground. Instead, the noise is echoing directly into the apartments.
