I’ve had questionable experiences with MAA maintenance guys, but that’s not the case with Kevin. He always helps me so much, is respectful and kind, and handles any issues I have from big to small all with a smile on his face! Kevin rocks!
We have lived here for almost 2 years and we absolutely LOVE it! The maintenance team is always so prompt whenever we have a problem, the office staff is always so kind and helpful, they plan holiday festivities which we love And the whole community is always looking out for each other! 5 out of 5 stars!
I went to MAA ~a couple weeks ago and was helped by a blonde, I think her name was Emily, My first impression was immediately great as she stood up and walked to greet me. She toured me through some floor plans and explained to me about the facilities that were there. She didnt at all sound apathetic or non-caring but instead like someone upbeat and who cares about my thoughts and concerns.
