Moved out in February 2025 and still have not gotten my security deposit or remainder of rent. It was a nice place but the management let it become a very unsafe place to live. There was a situation with a simple solution but nothing was done and the police had to be called. It's hard to feel safe there
Been at MAA City Gate for almost 3 years and just renewed to stay a 4th year! It's been a great experience so far. The property is well maintained and improvements are constantly made. The leasing office staff and maintenance team have always been prompt, efficient, and helpful in addressing any issues or concerns. Great place to consider living in!
