Vance is very friendly and knowledgeable of the community and amenities.
I really wish I could give a higher rating, because the team at MAA Chancellor Park is exceptional. The leasing office and maintenance staff were always professional, responsive, and kind. The overall community has a welcoming atmosphere — both the staff and residents are friendly — and in my opinion, it’s one of the safer apartment complexes in the University area. Vance was amazing, friendly, has a great personality
We haven't moved in yet so I can't say what the living experience will be like as of yet, I'll update with that later. Getting a walk through viewing, managing all the paperwork and just the general process of finding a new apartment here has been lovely. I want to especially shout out Vance who has been there every step of the way for me and my wife as we negotiated the process.
