I have been living at MAA Carrollwood for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. From the moment I first toured the property, I was impressed by the well-maintained grounds and the friendly staff who made me feel welcome. Lived here for over 5 years. Outdated. AC bill was always high because constant sunlight coming in from loft window. New management sucks and rent increased every year. Constantly blamed for weed smell when we wouldn't smoke.
Very friendly. They come over right away and fix anything that needs fixing. They’re very helpful and always do a good job.
