Milo from maintenance always handles my requests with respect. I’ve been having frequent issues with my door lock that have all been handled same day. It’s always a good day when I see him out interacting with the neighbors.
This is a quiet place but majority of the residents here are extremely sneaky. They play the nice and innocent act but get away with many things. I have purposely been watched and monitored by residents here since I have moved in. They are very nosey, some are harassing and a little prejudice as well. The sad part is, it isn't children that are acting this way it is the adults and those who are senior citizen age. They love to watch every single thing you do then run to the office and tell on you. Adrian was awesome, quick and professional in replacing our ceiling fan…as always the maintenance team is responsive and amazing
I have lived at the Carrollwood complex for 5 years now, and Debbie (the leasing manager) has truly been diligent, caring, genuine and conscientious. I never get that 'cringe' feeling when I have to speak with management because she is so lovely. And....the maintenance team is absolutely top of the line! Almost always, I get maintenance service the same day that I submit the request! They are not only timely, but do they do the job well, and are always friendly. They deserve major kudos!
