I recently visited my cousin's house in Tampa, FL, and was impressed by the maintenance service provided to her apartment, the speed and efficiency with which they resolved the problem. His name was Adrian. I wish I had this service where I live. Congratulations to the condominium and its workers.
Was having issues with my water heater and it was replaced by the complex. Will was my maintenance guy and was very helpful during the process. He even came by the next day to ask how it was working. Very happy with him and the other maintenance personnel here.
Will came and helped me with my apartment when there was a leak. He was so sweet and even helped me put my furniture back. He deserves the world!
I moved in temporarily while my house sold and I purchased a new house. The time has come and I am very sad to leave. Awilda Nardini and Calbert Range have been absolutely professional and taken the time to explain all of my lease options. All of the staff is amazing and I and truly glad to have lived here.
