The staff at MAA Carrolwood was awesome prior to my move in and at my move in. They answered all questions and concerns the move in was easy and well organized and I had no issues. A shout out of praise to Awilda, Calbert, and Alana for their exceptional service and professionalism
The links is a great place to live! I lived here for about 5 years it is extremely pet friendly and just an all-around great place to live! Miss Debbie in the front office is an absolute angel! She is a true asset to maa! The staff of Maintenance men emerson, aramis, Kevin & millo are by far the best in true assets to MAA! Each and every one of the staff members are amazing people and they actually care! Highly recommended! The gentleman who just came to fix the breaker was an absolute gentleman! A true asset to MAA
I am proud to call MAA Carrollwood my new home. I made the move from Nashville, TN to Tampa, FL and Calbert made the process as easy as you can possibly make an out of state move. I moved into my apartment yesterday and instantly fell in love. The layout is fantastic (I have a 1bd/1ba floor plan), the grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the surrounding area is gorgeous. I looked at a lot of different apartment communities when deciding where to live in Tampa, and I am so happy I chose MAA Carrollwood.
My senior Mom moved here in July and the entire process was seamless. Calpert, in the office, was super professional, kind and informative. Awilda was also SUPER helpful with our move in process, helping with work orders and making sure my Mom's unit was ready on time. Maintenance is also great! So far, everything's been wonderful!
Calbert did a great job welcoming me to the community. The room with the loft looks it will make a great living space.
