It’s nice they give you until the 5th of the month to pay rent if the payment doesn’t go through. Just wish they wouldn’t wait to notify you until the 5th. Then when you ask a question regarding the amount they will wait a day to respond so you have to pay the 10% late fee. Also, if any of your neighbors do any cooking, it will come through the vents. So when people come over you get asked “ew what’s that smell?”. Which is a nice bonus.

I would like to appreciate Louis who works as handyman in MAA. He is really great and quick fixer! I had small repairs in my apartment and he helped in getting all addressed at once.

I have been a resident at Boulder Ridge for a year and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. My townhome features many updated amenities that enhance comfort and convenience. The staff at Boulder Ridge have consistently demonstrated professionalism and friendliness. Overall, this community offers a great living environment, and I recommend checking it out—you won't be disappointed.

We’ve lived here for about 2 years overall, and there are definitely positives. The apartments themselves are nice, and the maintenance team has always been great — quick, helpful, and very kind. That being said, there are several additional required fees that make the advertised pricing feel misleading. There is an $18/month “community fee” that I still don’t really understand, a mandatory $24/month valet trash fee that residents cannot opt out of, and a required $75/month Spectrum package for internet, TV, and streaming th... read more
