We have lived here for the last 14 months and truly love this community. The maintenance team responds quickly whenever we submit a work order, and the office staff is always helpful, whether in person or over the phone. I have spoken with Andrea Traughber multiple times; she is a very kind person and always addresses my concerns. Community: 4/5 Amenities: 5/5 Andrea: 5/5

I've nearly completed my first year living here from 2025-2026, and I have really enjoyed it! I chose the 1 bedroom with a den that you can use as an office. I felt this complex had the best space for the value. Ashley from the leasing office was so welcoming! She even went to the extra mile to send me a list of things to do in the area as this was my first time living in Texas. The neighborhood always felt clean, safe, and quiet.
