We are very happy with the service they have provided us for almost 3 years at the residential complex. I have received the best service from the maintenance team, resolving every work order I have received. Thank you very much.
The mold is out of control. It spread from my neighbors water heater. My entire closet was encased in mold. They refused to relocate me while they tore apart me apartment and then put giant industrial fans. I could not sleep for nights on end. My animals hid for days straight. My electricity bill went up 4x and they refused to cover the costs created by their industrial fans.
They will boot guests illegally. They have no signage posted at 2/4 entrances. Avoid this complex, they also have mold issues that persist.
