My husband and I have lived at Boulder Ridge over five years now. We have always enjoyed being here. The office staff is always ready to work with you if something should arise. The maintenance staff is always considerate and courteous. The grounds and buildings are always being cleaned and maintained. They have been offering more community wide activities for residents to experience. Recently they had a Farmers Market that I participated in. I have had a pleasant experience here at Boulder Ridge. I have lived here a year and I like the homey feel of my apartment and all the greenery on the grounds. There have been a couple of issues but they were addressed in a timely manor. Andrea and the office staff are always willing to help and has made my experience here feel like home.
Maintenance man Gary lehmberg was great! He came out and fixed our AC with no problem, was very helpful and very kind Thank you! so much.
I wanted to give a huge shot out to Tim, who spent time making improvements to our place along with installing new appliances. His attention to detail and focus on assisting us was amazing. Thank you Tim - we appreciate you!
