Our experience living at this MAA apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. My roommate and I only lived there for three months, yet during that short time we repeatedly felt taken advantage of through charges, billing issues, and constant attempts to pinch more money out of us. We moved into an apartment that was not properly cleaned (dog hair everywhere, counters not wipes, windows not cleaned), which immediately made it hard to feel comfortable or at home. This place sucks sorry they go up on rent make you pay higher prices that you pay a different price for they go up on late fees every year can’t wait to move honestly
Moved in a few months ago and have loved everything about it here. The surroundings is great, enjoy being so close to Roanoke town square. Tim and Jessi have been great to work with!!
Tim fixed toilet, kitchen sink, addressed the electrical problem - he is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient!! Boulder Ridge is very fortunate to have him on their maintenance team!
