Tim fixed toilet, kitchen sink, addressed the electrical problem - he is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient!! Boulder Ridge is very fortunate to have him on their maintenance team!
Really swift move in process and the people there are very nice. Andrea Traughber was who set me up with the place and she went well out of her way to ensure my place was tidy and fixed by move in.
Office staff and maintenance are friendly. Regional director went above expectations when an unfortunate event stalled my move in. Complex is quiet and peaceful so far. Only complaints are (and maybe because I’m in the small complex with no office so there’s nobody on this side to monitor) nobody walks their dogs on a leash. It’s insane how many people daily are out with large dogs off a leash. And the main one which was my main concern moving here is valet trash. Nobody puts their bins inside. I have been in Boulder Ridge apartments for a month now. Aside from the gorgeous and well maintained grounds, the leasing staff is what made the experience amazing. From the second I stepped onto the grounds they were exceedingly helpful, kind, and patient. I have been in multiple times with questions and every time I was given in-depth answers and never felt like I was a burden. The tour was detailed and informative and area is very well maintained.
