I have been in Boulder Ridge apartments for a month now. Aside from the gorgeous and well maintained grounds, the leasing staff is what made the experience amazing. From the second I stepped onto the grounds they were exceedingly helpful, kind, and patient. I have been in multiple times with questions and every time I was given in-depth answers and never felt like I was a burden. The tour was detailed and informative and area is very well maintained.

Wonderful apartments, been here a couple months and they do so many activities including a farmers market that I was able to be apart of, it went great, thanks to Ashley for hosting :)
My husband and I have lived at Boulder Ridge over five years now. We have always enjoyed being here. The office staff is always ready to work with you if something should arise. The maintenance staff is always considerate and courteous. The grounds and buildings are always being cleaned and maintained. They have been offering more community wide activities for residents to experience. Recently they had a Farmers Market that I participated in. I have had a pleasant experience here at Boulder Ridge. I have lived here a year and I like the homey feel of my apartment and all the greenery on the grounds. There have been a couple of issues but they were addressed in a timely manor. Andrea and the office staff are always willing to help and has made my experience here feel like home.
